It's a little page I put together for small THPS files.

The links appear like:
http://tntu.thps-online.com//files/yourfile.ext
It's still in development and the max is around 25 mb right now, but I plan to get the max up to 250 or 300 mb by the end of the summer, and I plan to change the link.
